Healthy vs. Unhealthy. True conflict.

Healthy:


Bell peppers - Rumor is, the more color on your plate, the healthier it is. Bell peppers come in an array of colors. They are full of Vitamin D and A. Also vitamin B6 and K. They are full with fiber and have antioxidants that help you fight off free radicals. They reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and protect your eyes.


Lemons - Lemons are often used in many acne home treatments. They also help with anxiety. They help heal and sooth canker sores, and fevers. If you are also very tired, suck on a lemon to get rid of the fatigue. They also can help heal bug bites, of most sorts. And put insomnia to rest. Lol (funny right?)


Garbanzo beans - Garbanzo beans leave a warm feeling inside you. They are very high in fiber and help support healthy intestinal flora. (Just showed Maddi a picture of that while trying to explain. Gross!) They give you a steady balance of energy throughout the day. They also have a calming effect on your mind.


Lettuce - Lettuce is one of the most delicate salad plants. the juice of lettuce and rose oil applied to the forehead can ease a headache and help with sleeping. Lettuce helps with the sedation of opium (Not so great I guess.) Lettuce includes lots of vitamins and carotene. Also, if you were to drink so much as a pink of lettuce juice a day, it will help your hair grow.


Tomatoes - Tomatoes help protect you against free radicals. They are best and healthiest during tomato season (July through September). They are used to make ketchup (bleh.) And they are best organic.They also contain lycopene.

Unhealthy:

Chocolate bar - They have found chemicals in chocolate that have THC which is also used in marijuana. There is a lot of sugar in chocolate, especially in milk chocolate, compared to dark chocolate which is actually healthy in moderation. The only healthy part in chocolate is the cocoa powder and there is barely any cocoa powder in milk chocolate apposed to dark chocolate.

Milk - Milk is seemed to be one of the causes for cancer and other dieases. Most cows are injected with the hormone BGH and it could possibly be in that cow's milk also. Milk can cause horrible stomach cramps, bloating, and other things that are unpleasant. People who are also lactose intolerant are affected by this product. Soy milk is a great alternative.

Spam - The main reason it's so unhealthy is because you don't really know what is in it, meat wise. It's rumored to have mainly pork but still. There are over 10 different kinds of spam and really they are all REALLY REALLY gross. I'm sorry, there's not much else to say about it.

Sardines in a can - Okay, I found out they are healthy, but gross so...

Flaming hot cheetos - Lots of kids in school are gorging themselves on them. They are mainly made out of chemicals and food coloring. The spiciness causes morphine and opium like chemicals released into the brain.

Beer - It can kill you, and it is very intoxicating. It damages the liver (the bell just rang. Ah!) It also causes malnutrition. Along with many other diseases.
